Hog Orders

If cut sheet is not turned in by the end of the same week as slaughter, we will use our standard cut sheet. It is the customer’s responsibility to have their order submitted in a timely manner.

Please indicate on cut sheet if you are getting a whole, half, or quarter hog. Quarters: Both customer names will be on the same sheet. The beef will be cut exactly the same.

Hang time is decided upon when producer books their slaughter date. Our standard hang time is 3-6 days.

We ask that you pick up your beef within 7 days of processing. Storage beyond 10 days will be charged $5.00 per day. If hog is not picked up within 30 days, it will be sold.
